How can I find out when new work is available?

I usually post new work on my Instagram account @CINDYTOBEY, but the best way to know when I'll be listing new work in my shop is to join my MAILING LIST.

How can I purchase an original painting?

Available paintings are listed in my shop on my website. Occasionally I will offer artwork for sale exclusively on Instagram. If you miss out on the painting you were hoping to purchase, I do accept commissions and would be happy to paint something similar for you.

Can I commission a painting?

Yes! I accept a limited number of commissions each year. Click the commission tab in the navigation bar above or click HERE for more information about commissions.

What is your return policy?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the rare case, your artwork was damaged in shipping. Contact me within 7 days of receipt of artwork at shop@cindytobey.com if artwork arrives damaged so I can work to resolve the problem. Please take photographs of packaging and artwork to show proof of damage.

My goal is for you to love any painting you collect from me. I do everything I can to represent the color of my artwork accurately, however, keep in mind that colors will display differently from screen to screen, so viewing artwork on more than one screen before purchase may be helpful. Please email shop@cindytobey.com before purchase if you have questions about the color of a specific artwork.

What are your shipping policies?

Orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. All original artwork orders within the United States ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. All artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect it during shipping.

International orders ship via USPS. Contact me before purchase to get a quote. If you purchase without contacting me for a quote you will be invoiced the additional cost for shipping. Unfortunately, I have no control over delays due to customs, and I am, therefore, not responsible for these delays. All import duties, taxes and charges upon delivery are to be paid fully by the purchaser.

What if my artwork arrived damaged?

Contact me within 7 days of receipt of artwork at shop@cindytobey.com if artwork arrives damaged so I can work to resolve the problem. Please take photographs of packaging and artwork to show proof of damage.

How should I frame my painting?

The best way to insure your painting will be archivally safe is to have it professionally framed. If you choose to frame the painting yourself be sure to use archivally safe materials. Each of my original paintings come with recommendations on how to best frame and care for that specific artwork.

Do you offer framing?

I do sometimes offer framing. If framing is offered for a particular artwork it will be listed in the shop in the product details for that specific painting.
